This advanced modular degree program offers an interdisciplinary, research-oriented education at the interface between water-related engineering and natural sciences.
Graduates extend their knowledge of scientific and engineering fundamentals from their undergraduate studies, and complement this in-depth knowledge with engineering and scientific methods.
The MSc in Water Science and Engineering imparts expert knowledge in the areas of:
- water technology and urban water management,
- hydraulic engineering and fluid mechanics,
- earth system science und water resources management.
The program has an international orientation; in large part, courses are taught in English.
Graduates are qualified for a responsible position in engineering companies, industry, public authorities, international development cooperation, and research and development. They acquire qualifications that allow pursuing doctoral studies.
